Why would you purposefully limit your own income just to make your stuff seem more in demand? They overproduced the FUCK out of the Gamecube and it cost them a lot of money. I think they just actively don't want to overproduce anything and would rather err on the side of caution. Follow the thread it gives you, see if those facts you see on Wiki add up. There are instances where Wiki can be edited incorrectly. Always follow up on those facts to see where they got their info from. Wiki is not "peer reviewed". I'd say 99% of the time Wiki is generally correct.
